Holmes Beach Vacation Rental ordinance

Holmes Beach is considering a vacation rental ordinance and have had several workshops with the public to work out the details.  We appreciate their due diligence to get the vacation rental ordinance correct.  A number of Anna Maria Island property managers have already provided some feedback on the current draft of the ordinance and as usual the City is receptive to our thoughts.  It is a fabulous example of collaboration.  We are appreciative of this administration to ask our opinion and listen to our opinion regarding the vacation rental ordinance.

Here is a link of the current vacation rental ordinance that the City is discussing.  I am sure this will continue to evolve but you can take a look and provide input if applicable at the next Holmes Beach Work Session in late January.  VRC Ordinance DRAFT 1-22
